-Responsible for day-to-day support for Windows Server and Desktop hardware/software. Provided after hours support on a rotation.

 

Required Skills

- Good clear communications skills, both written and verbal
- 5+ years of Windows Server & Desktop support
- Must have VMware support/administration experience
- Active Directory
- Imaging
- Willingness to provide pager support on a rotation
