Job Description

-Assistance to application support teams in troubleshooting   problems with Windows 2000/2003
-Building and Imaging of both Physical Stand Alone and Virtual servers
-Support for Specific Windows Services such as File Shares and Print Services
-Assistance with migration from Windows 2000 to Windows 2003 or Windows 2008

Experience with troubleshooting hardware related issues with Windows Servers.
-Experience with System Monitoring Tools including Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) and IBM Director
-Experience with Microsoft Windows 2000/2003/2008
-Familiar with File Integrity Systems and Monitoring of Tripwire (not mandatory)
-Excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong organizational, problem management and communication (written and verbal)
-Work with minimal supervision
-Have minimum 2-3 years experience in a Windows environment support role.
