We are looking to add quality recruiters to our team.  We are looking for people that have a high success rate in filling open job orders and have a good understanding of various I.T. roles   

Must have at least 5  years of experience placing I.T. professionals

Position 1 - Sr. Recruiter  - 5+  years of experience placing I.T. professionals

Position 2 - Intermediate Recruiter - Min. 2 years of experience placing I.T. professionals

We are looking for an individual with extensive experience in recruiting quality I.T. professionals. You must be a team player, energetic, ambitious, creative, and have excellent communication and people skills, as well as the ability to generate "Win-Win" situations. You must have a good functional understanding of the I.T. skills required, know where to look for suitable candidates and how to engage their willing participation. In addition to your established methods and contacts, you will have access to the Lintex candidate database of pre-screened I.T. Professionals.
Working with Account Managers, you will concentrate on recruiting qualified candidates and coordinating placements. Our automated processes, reputation in the I.T. Staffing industry, large qualitative candidate database, generous remuneration package, and support services will allow you to take your experience and earnings to new levels.

The primary responsibility of the Account Manager is to develop and maintain quality client relationships through close cooperation, identifying staffing needs and promoting the right resources to satisfy those needs. You will concentrate on client relationships and work with the Recruitment Team to service the client’s I.T. Staffing requirements. We are looking for an outgoing, self motivated, and disciplined individual with a good track record, who is prepared to place a high priority on quality services to our clients. Our automated processes, reputation in the I.T. Staffing industry, large qualitative candidate database, generous remuneration package, and support services will enable you to take your experience and earnings to new levels.
