We are looking for an individual with extensive experience in recruiting quality I.T. professionals. You must be a team player, energetic, ambitious, creative, and have excellent communication and people skills, as well as the ability to generate "Win-Win" situations. You must have a good functional understanding of the I.T. skills required, know where to look for suitable candidates and how to engage their willing participation. In addition to your established methods and contacts, you will have access to the Lintex candidate database of pre-screened I.T. Professionals.
Working with Account Managers, you will concentrate on recruiting qualified candidates and coordinating placements. Our automated processes, reputation in the I.T. We are looking for an outgoing, self motivated, and disciplined individual with a good track record, who is prepared to place a high priority on quality services to our clients.
