  ANNUAL UPDATE   (December 2009)

 The Annual Update from Jas Mann (our President) is sent to I.T. Professionals who are registered with Lintex. The update is also posted on our website (www.lintexgroup.com) under the  “Jas Mann Corner”.

 Seasons Greetings

On behalf of the Account Management, Recruitment and Business Support Teams, I would like to take this opportunity to wish you a Safe and Happy Holiday Season, and a Prosperous New Year.

 We value our on-going relationship with you and appreciate your confidence in the Lintex Team. 

 2009 Summary

The demand for experienced IT professionals has been improving steadily through the year, for both permanent positions and contract assignments in the private sector and contract assignments with the Ontario Ministries.

 We added three new Account Managers (two in the first quarter and one in the third quarter) and we have added another Recruiter. We are very pleased with the additions to the Account Management and Recruitment teams.  

 Expectations for 2010

The demand for IT professionals should continue to improve and with the additions to our Account Management and Recruitment teams, we expect considerable increase in the number of requirements and resulting placements.

 We are planning to add one more Account Manager and one more Recruiter. If you are aware of a good Account Manager/Recruiter looking to make a move, I would certainly appreciate your help in having the individual contact me directly.

Based on your last availability update, we will contact you as suitable opportunities arise. If you have not been in touch with Lintex this year we would appreciate an update on your availability. If you are available soon, please attach a current resume. If you are on an assignment or in a permanent position, please let us know when you may be interested in other positions/assignments.
