Job Description
The .NET Developer is expected to be able to fulfill the following primary accountabilities:
· Design solutions based on business requirements provided by BA's or the end user
· Apply database expertise in Microsoft SQL Server in development of databases to support development
· Using C# and ASP in a .NET environment, implement system modifications as assigned
· Provide input to or develop solutions suitable for extending existing legacy solutions to utilize new technology options.
· Investigate, identify and resolve the root cause of system problems based on symptoms reported by user
· May occasionally be called up to provide production support outside of normal business hours
Also Have
· 2-4 years of software development experience
- Experience in requirements gathering
· Experience with C#,.NET, ASP, Visual Basic, RDMS (SQL/Server ), MSMQ, Web Services required
· Comfortable with Microsoft Visual Studio
· Strong understanding of Client / Server application architectures.
· Experienced in web-based multi-tier software development
· Knowledge of manufacturing and business processes is an asset
· Ability to work under tight timelines
· Good interpersonal skills working within a team environment
· Good verbal and written communication skills
