Job Description
The ERP pre-sales consultant
would work in conjunction with our sales and
implementation team to enhance the range and value of our
solutions and services to ensure success of the sales
process. After effectively identifying client
requirements, the ideal candidate would combine a strong
knowledge of the equipment service and rental industry
with our comprehensive Microsoft Dynamics NAV offering to
create, present and execute effective solution
presentations and demonstrations.
Responsibilities
-Assist in the sales process as well as in discovery
and needs-analysis calls and meetings with client
-Obtain a general understanding of a clients business
objectives and specific challenges
-Develop solution demonstrations to address the requirements
of prospective customers
-Clearly communicate and demonstrate the features, benefits
and direction of our solution to all levels including line
of business managers and "C" level executives
-Maintain account and opportunity updates in our CRM system
to assist in managing and prioritizing sales opportunities
-Work closely with the support team to provide solution
insight and enhancements as needed
-Develop, present and deliver high-impact demonstrations of
our solution
-Limited travel required
Qualification/Skills
-3 to 5+ years business experience and
comparable pre-sales position supporting the sales cycle in
ERP applications
-Must have experience with an ERP or equipment service
management solution and sound understanding of accounting
principles
-Experience with parts inventory and equipment rental and
service concepts a definite asset
-Experience with MS Dynamics NAV, CRM Sharepoint, Office and
presentation tools a definite asset
-MCITP certification a definite asset
-Successful track-record in sales support activity
-Solid teamwork skills are critical
-Highly motivated and solution driven; hands on
-Excellent oral and written communication skills with solid
presentation and interpersonal skills
