Job Description
This position corresponds to elevate the sophistication, efficiency, and effectiveness of our QA processes and infrastructure. The main goals for this position are to:
a) Devise and run test cases that verify product compliance to specified requirements of leading edge software, part of Functional and Integration testing.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
-Develop and execute test plans , test summary reports as required
-Develop test cases and perform functional and integration testing including compatibility, internationalization,
-Preparing and maintain the testing environment
-Troubleshooting issues in our testing environments
-Participate in project sprint planning, execution, testing and releases on Scrum methodology;
-Assisting in our user education and documentation efforts.
Requirements
-At least 2 to 4 years of hands-on network/system administration experience
-At least 3 to 5 years of hands-o experience in a software development environment .
-Extended experience with Windows platforms (Windows 2003,2008,Windows7, XP, Vista) hands-on knowledge of Unix and/or NetWare and/or AS400,
-Good knowledge in at least one of the applications like MS Exchange , MS SQL, MS Sharepoint. Oracle.
-In-depth understanding of software development and testing methodologies (white box and black box testing, regression testing, load/stress testing)
-Proficient in developing effective testing plans and test cases
-Experience with QA automation technologies and methodologies.
-Expertise in performance testing and benchmarking of new applications, including web applications
-Excellent communication skills
-Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop good working relationships with others, detailed-oriented

-MCSE certifications
-Virtualization (VMware ESX Server 3.*, 4.*, Hyper-V)
